「拍题」隐私政策
一句话：我们只拿你选中的那一道题，用来讲解它。讲解由 OpenAI, L.L.C.（美国）的 AI 模型生成，题目截图会传到那里处理。第一次上传前 App 会单独征得你的同意，不同意就不会上传。
一、我们收集什么
- 你选中的那一道题
- App 在手机上识别整张照片里的题目，但只上传你选中那一道题的裁剪截图，以及手机本地识别出的题目文字。整张照片不会上传。
- 一个自动生成的匿名账户编号
- 第一次打开 App 时，在设备钥匙串里随机生成一个编号，用来记住你的剩余次数。如果你开启了 iCloud 钥匙串，它会同步到你的其他设备，次数也就跟着你走。它不包含姓名、手机号、邮箱，也不取自任何设备标识符。
- 解答结果
- 服务器保存每道已解题目的解答（其中包含 AI 读出的题目文字），以及一个由截图计算出的校验值（SHA-256，无法还原成图片），这样你再次查看同一道题时不会重复扣次数。服务器不保存截图文件本身。
- 购买记录
- App Store 交易号、商品、购买时间和次数变动，用于发放次数、防止同一笔交易被重复兑换、处理退款。我们看不到你的银行卡或 Apple ID 密码，付款全程由 Apple 处理。
- 免费体验的防刷标记
- 领取免费体验时，App 通过 Apple 的 DeviceCheck 服务，在 Apple 那里给这台设备记一个「已领取」标记，防止卸载重装后重复领取。我们拿不到任何设备标识符，DeviceCheck 令牌只使用一次、不保存。
- 运行日志
- 服务器运行日志会记录请求时间和来源 IP，只用于限制滥用和排查故障，不用于画像或广告。
二、题目截图会经过谁
- 截图和题目文字从 App 通过加密连接（HTTPS）发到我们的服务器（托管在 Fly.io 东京机房）。
- 服务器把它们转发给 OpenAI, L.L.C.（美国）的接口，由 AI 模型生成分步讲解。
- 讲解发回你的 App。
题目截图在美国处理。除 OpenAI 外，没有其他第三方拿得到你的题目。OpenAI 公开说明称：通过 API 提交的数据默认不会用于训练模型，为监测滥用最多保留 30 天后删除（详见 OpenAI 企业隐私说明）。第三方条款可能更新，超出其公开承诺的部分，我们不替第三方作保证。
如果我们更换 AI 服务提供商，会在本页更新接收方信息，并在 App 内重新征求你的同意。
请尽量不要把姓名、学号、证件号等个人信息拍进题目区域。
第一张截图离开设备之前，App 会单独弹出同意页，写明接收方、用途和处理地点。你可以随时在 App 的「设置 → 第三方 AI 处理 → 撤回同意」撤回，撤回后 App 不会再上传任何题目。
三、未成年人
「拍题」面向中小学生使用。未满 14 周岁的儿童，请在父母或其他监护人的陪同下阅读本政策，由监护人同意后再使用。我们不会有意收集儿童的姓名、联系方式等身份信息。监护人可以通过下方邮箱联系我们，查询、更正或删除孩子的数据。
四、保留多久、怎么删除
- 本机解题历史：只保存在你的设备上。「设置 → 清除解题记录」会删除本机历史，同时删除服务器上保存的解答。
- 账户与剩余次数：保留到你删除为止。「设置 → 删除账户」会永久删除账户、剩余次数和全部解答，删除后无法恢复。已兑换的 App Store 交易号会保留，唯一用途是防止同一笔交易被重复兑换，它不含任何图片或身份信息。
- 免费体验标记：保存在 Apple 的 DeviceCheck 服务中，删除账户后仍然有效，因此不会再次赠送免费体验。
五、我们不做什么
不接入任何广告、归因或行为分析 SDK；不做跨 App、跨网站追踪；不出售你的数据；不把你的题目提交用于训练模型。
六、你的权利与联系我们
你可以查阅、更正、删除你的数据，或撤回同意。任何隐私问题请发邮件到 leaf1979yezi@gmail.com，我们会在 15 个工作日内回复。
七、政策更新
本政策更新时会修改上方日期；如有实质变化，会在 App 内提示。
English summary
What we collect. Only the cropped image of the single problem you select (never the whole photo) and the text recognized on your device; a random anonymous account ID stored in your Keychain (synced by iCloud Keychain if enabled) that tracks your remaining solves; the solutions we returned, with a SHA-256 checksum of the image (the image file itself is not stored); App Store transaction records; and server logs with IP addresses used only for abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Free-trial eligibility is recorded on Apple's DeviceCheck service; we never receive a device identifier.
Third-party AI and where data is processed. The cropped problem image and its text are sent from our server (Fly.io, Tokyo) to OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) to generate the explanation. No other third party receives them. OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default and is retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. The app asks for your explicit consent before the first upload, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings. If we change AI providers, we will update the recipient named here and ask for your consent again.
Children. The app is meant for K-12 students. Children under 14 should use it with a parent's or guardian's consent; guardians can contact us to review or delete their child's data.
Retention and deletion. Settings → Clear History deletes your on-device history and the solutions stored on our server. Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes your account, remaining solves and solutions; redeemed transaction IDs are kept only to prevent double redemption.
No tracking. No advertising, attribution or analytics SDKs, no tracking, no sale of data, no use for model training.
