「拍题」用户支持
拍下数学题，选中其中一道，得到分步讲解、最终答案和验算。遇到问题请先看下面的常见问题，解决不了就发邮件给我们。
次数怎么算？
- 新用户可以免费完整解答 2 道题。
- 之后每解答一道新题消耗 1 次精解额度。识别失败、服务失败都不扣次数，重复查看同一道题也不扣。
- 购买的次数永久有效，不会自动续费。
付了钱但次数没到账？
先确认网络正常，然后完全关闭 App 再重新打开，App 会自动把未到账的购买重新提交给服务器。如果仍未到账，请把 Apple 发给你的购买收据邮件（含订单号）转发给我们。
怎么申请退款？
付款由 Apple 处理，请在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。退款成功后，对应的剩余次数会被收回。
拍了照却找不到题目？
请让题目平整、光线充足、字迹完整地出现在画面中；一次拍一页效果最好。选中题目后如果仍提示看不清，这次不会扣次数，重拍即可。
怎么删除我的数据？
在 App 的「设置」里可以清除解题记录，或删除账户及全部云端数据。详见 隐私政策。

MathSolver (拍题) explains one math problem at a time from a photo. New users get 2 free solves; each new problem then uses 1 credit. Failed recognitions, server errors and re-opening a solved problem are free. Purchased credits never expire and nothing renews automatically.
